Nindfall had the power to control winds. She was coerced by her sister, Rebecca (New Wave) into becoming a member of the Masters of Disaster, a group of mercenaries who specialized in causing natural disasters. This made her an enemy to the Outsiders. Wendy made friends with the Outsiders' member Halo, left the Masters of Disaster and joined the Outsiders herself.
Note:Windfall's history continued mostly unchanged after Crisis, but she was killed during a mission for the Suicide Squad. No Prime Earth version has yet appeared.
