Evil scientist Professor Snakelocks created an artificial lifeform, the Sizzler, whose mission was to wreak havoc across the country. The Sizzler battled Doc Magnus and the Metal Men, and she turned the former into a robot and the latter into human beings. However, Snakelocks did not count on the Sizzler falling in love with Doc Magnus, which led to his defeat as Sizzler betrayed him.
After his capture, Snakelocks tried to escape using robot toy soldiers, but was stopped by the Metal Men. When Snakelocks was recaptured, he tried to warn Doc Magnus about how treacherous Sizzler might be, but as he did so the Sizzler lashed out and transformed the evil professor into a robot. He was eventually changed back to human when the Metal Men defeated his ally, the Lizard.
