Oliver Queen was the head of Green Arrow Industries, a major military contracting company. He led an ex-military band of Green Arrows. Oliver Queen was an inventive genius, but he stole advanced gadgets from super-villains for military use. Oliver discovered that his Green Arrows had been killed by a female raider. Taking his weapons and gadgets to hunt down the woman in battle, Oliver was shocked when the woman revealed that she was his own daughter, by Vixen. Shortly after, his daughter was killed by his own reserve teams.
