Lady Liberty was a young woman, possibly of English origin, who controlled and accelerated the growth of vegetable life. She was a member of the Force of July who opposed the Outsiders.
Note:In Post-Crisis/New Earth continuity, most of the Force of July - including Mayflower - were killed on a mission in Suicide Squad vol 1 #27 (May 1989).
