Karth Arn was an android who served Doctor Mar Londo on the planet Zoon. Dr Londo used deposits of the rare element, Zuunium, to give partial super-powers to his son, Brin, but Karth Arn was jealous and, after Dr Londo's death, he used a weapon to stun him and give him amnesia. Karth Arn switched identities with Brin Londo, who left, believing himself to be only an android. Meanwhile, Arn, masquerading as Brin Londo, committed thefts of weapons that he could use against the real Brin should he regain his memory and return.
When the Legion was called in to investigate the thefts, Brainiac 5 worked out what had happened, and was able to cure Brin Londo's amnesia, while Karth Arn was arrested for his crimes.
