The two men agree to meet their prospective brides and are duly introduced. Lois and Lana are quickly won over and agree to marry the men: Lois chooses Hercules, and Lana, Samson. However, their marriages are unhappy, and before long the two heroes beg Superman to takem them back to the past. Superman agreed, the marriages were annulled, and Samson and Hercules went home. Note: This story was retroactively set on Earth Thirty-Two, which was primarily a reconciliation attempt, used to explain inconsistencies and non-canonical events of Earth-One.
