Roy Harper had adopted the mantle of Green Arrow and was a member of the Justice League of America. He was stationed on the JLA satellite at the time that Superman-Prime attacked the Earth-15 dimension. During the attack, Superman-Prime destroyed the satellite and all League members, including Roy, were killed.
