Chameleon was from the closed world known as 'Chameleon World', and was a member of Justice Legion L, a team of superheroes set up to defend the United Planets. However, one of the members, Titangirl turned out to be a traitor, sabotaging their efforts. She was defeated by Implicate Girl and the team.
