He had discovered a duplicate Emerald Eye of Ekron and gave it to her so that she would become the Emerald Empress. However, Ingria was a weak Empress and, when confronted by Cera Kesh with her own Emerald Eye, she was killed. Cera Kesh then took over both Emerald Eyes.
