Eventually, during the five-year gap, Drura was admitted to membership of the Legion of Super-Heroes, but the team was shortly afterwards disbanded as Earth came under the rule of the Dominators. Drura joined an underground resistance band along with most of the former Substitute Heroes, and formed a romantic relationship with its leader, Jacques Foccart, the former Invisible Kid. This relationship flourished, and was still going strong when the Dominators were finally thrown off Earth. She appeared to become, once again, a member in good stead of the reformed Legion (though it was never made explicit). Fortunately, by then, she had gained much greater control of her power.
