Although he had not previously shown any interest in being part of any villain team, Doctor Regulus, the arch-enemy of Sun Boy, was recruited to Superboy-Prime’s Legion of Super-Villains, when they fought members of the Legion of Super-Heroes of three universes. He apparently survived the encounter.
