Doog kidnapped a Professor Davis in order to steal his powerful Ultra Dynamo, which would give him control over all electricity in the United States. He was defeated by Starman and apparently fell into one of his own death traps, but was heard laughing as he fell. He returned years later as an ally of Ian Karkull. Pre-Crisis/Earth-Two
