Davroth Catto was a mutant from Oziman. He had the power of self-propelled flight, and had been a professional aerialist. When he first joined the L.E.G.I.O.N., one of his fellow recruits was rumored to have been a traitor. He was suspected, but when his fellows read the daily journal he kept, they quickly cleared him and found that Ig'nea G'odd was the guilty one.
Davroth was dedicated to the L.E.G.I.O.N. and developed a strong bond with his fellow R.E.C.R.U.I.T.S. However when the L.E.G.I.O.N. was taken over by Lyrl Dox (aka Brainiac 2), Davroth was among those whose minds were taken over first. He was freed along with the others when Vril Dox II returned to defeat Lyrl.
