Bertram Larvan was the Bug-Eyed Bandit, a thief and inventor who used mechanical bugs to commit crimes in Ivy Town. He was a frequent opponent of the city's resident superhero, the Atom.
Larvan was killed by Shadow-Demons during the Red Skies Crisis.
