Amba Kadiri, a notorious Indian criminal known as the Scourge of Bombay, led the Afro-Asian team of criminals who took part in the Underworld Olympics in Gotham City. She and her team succeeded in two of her three assignments (she sacrificed herself to capture by Batman in order to ensure success of the second one), but failed in the third (thanks to Batman), and two of the six operatives died . Amba was known for her a vicious steel-clawed hands in combat.
